YB Sales & Distributing, Inc. is located in the industrial Brooklyn Navy Yard (www.brooklynnavyyard.org) in Brooklyn New York since its founding in 2002. YB Sales is a supplier of telecommunication, dictation and pro audio products as well as a variety of consumer electronics.

Inventory: We have a large warehouse stocked with inventory to fulfill your every need. Our qualified Purchasing Team analyzes the supply and demand and stocks accordingly. They make sure to have all inventory on hand, ready to ship immediately. We specialize in discontinued, hard to find products and products that are nationally backordered.
Sales and Pre-order support: Our friendly and caring Sales Department will help you with purchasing decisions. They will find the product that will best suit your applications and needs.
Customer Service: Over the past few years we have nurtured a tradition of excellent customer service. Our expertise and product knowledge will help you with anything you may need after placing an order. They are at your service for any given need; whether you wish to alter an order, shipping method, price match etc.
Technical Support: Our Post Sales Support Team are dedicated to making your experience with us a pleasant and worthwhile one. They would guide you through with specifications needed such as products installations, usage and maintenance.
Service Support: Our Support Team are dedicated to making your experience with the product you purchase. We have several service contract plans that will provide peace of mind yearly contract. We will answer all your questions, guide you through with specifications needed such as products installations, customization, and setup of specific features, training, usage and maintenance.
