***Our daily shipping cutoff time is 2:00 PM EST***

If an order is placed after our cutoff time and you want it shipped the same day, please contact our sales team prior to checkout for confirmation.

Most orders placed by 12:00 PM Eastern Time on weekdays will be processed and shipped the same day.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM will ship the following business day. (On Friday, Saturday or Sunday, orders will ship the following Monday.)

All orders are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS. We also offer expedited shipping options on our website that you can choose from. 

Please Note:

You will receive an Order Status email indicating that your order has shipped. We will not be responsible if delivery has been delayed by the Shipper due to verification of Shipping Address information (i.e. suite or apartment number). Therefore we suggest that you check the address again before submitting your order

International Orders:

Orders outside the USA ship with USPS Insured Priority Mail. Customers will be charged customs and duty taxes on delivery. Due to customs handling there is no guarantee for delivery time for international orders..For orders over 150 pounds (e.g. 27" TV, or larger) YBSALES.NET will ship via common carrier truck. We will notify you of the cost and the shipping date.
